When I was 2 years old (Now 20) I moved to Hastings from Dover. It was great while I was growing up, as a child my parents took me to the park, to play on the swings, and play footie. As a child I loved the town, and went there nearly every weekend with my mum, and she would always treat me and my sister to lunch in a nice cafe.
All while I have been growing up, my opinion on Hastings has ever so slowly been getting more and more negative. As time goes on, things either get better or get worse. And in my opinion Hastings has been getting rather worse. Whenever I speak to people about the town, they always run it down and explain how its a not very nice place to live, even though they live there themselves.
For this reason I would like to create a campaign "Hope for Hastings".

Hopes
Adults are concerned about young people, and make their opinions known wherever and whenever they get the opportunity. But what of the young themselves, who too rarely get their voices heard? What are their concerns – and their hopes?
